Sub: Transfer of cylinders

Sir,

I am a customer of you in Mohapada since 06/07. Now I have got transferred to Panvel. Two days back I approached the agency for getting transfer the cylinders to Panvel. They have written some thing in the same certificate and handed over to me by charging Rs. 40/- as service charge. And they said they will send one code no.by SMS. Till today I didn’t receive any SMS. So many times I tried to contact them to solve this matter. But they are not responding properly. They said once that they have got some internet problem. Now my cylinder is emptied and no other provision to fill it up. Do you have any other facility to overcome the same. The certificate details are as follows.
