even after sufficient supply of refilled cylenders local delivery is very poor .it is very difficult to a common consumer to get delivery of booked cylender neither in home nor in agents godown. many cylenders are used in hotels and vehical but no any govt.authority is taking any steps against such illegel use and we common people are paying for it please do somthig this dealer is already black listed but don't no how he retained his dealership
