I'm registering this complaint after having pathetic condition with HP. I booked for refill on 22nd Jan and they told it will be delivered after 1 week. I waited for 1 week even after my current cylinder is empty. Now, it is 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for getting the new cylinder to get delivered. Why is this happening, why there is no one to care about this. We are citizens of India who are giving are paying tax to the government and government is doing nothing. I'm one among the sad Indians. HP has taken 5000Rs from me to take new connection and now I think I need to pay 10000 for getting a single cylinder. Great!! Thanks to all.
