Non-delevery of gas cylinde

I booked for gas cylinder on mob.no.9990923456 on 30.9.09 vide refill booking no.205060 and was told that delivery of cylinder will be made within 24 hrs but I regret to say that cylinder has not been delivered so far i.e. till 5.10.2009. Please do the needful. - Ram Bhushan
