My consumer no. is 49277 and we book gas at navtratna near paradise secunderabad. i hold this consumer no. past 3 years. first two years inspite of booing the reception at the gas station use to tell me to fix it up with the delevery boy.
the delevery boy took rs. 20 extra. then when i screamed at them, as why inspite of booking do i have to contact the delevery boy? since then my gas never comes on time. no time is given for delevery, my wife too being a working woman, and inspite of instruction sgiven for delevery time, they come on odd working hours, finding the gate locked, go back never to return, till you go to their office and fight for it after a week., they say we got to wait, why werent you there when the delevery boy came? i once went out for a smoke and the boy returned, my son told him to wait, but he left and now the agency says, wait for a week.on asking the delevery boy venkatesh, he says we are nonsense people to ask everytime, and now since we demand on booing, he will delever when he has time.
being a single cylinder holder, and a family of 2 small children, 3 and six, it gets difficult, i asked the agency to book me another cylinder to update it to double, he asked me to apply and wait for 3 years.
is this going to continue? i need action or i take it to consumer court.
