I am LPG consumer in civil lines, moradabad and has received a cylinder from NAVJEEVAN JYOTI GAs agency which contains water (approx 5 kg) which i have been to detect after using it.when i have said to the delievery boy about it then he misbehaved with me and keep on saying that u have done it. kindky take action towards it. cylinder code: OEPL
