Delay in delivery of cylende

We have Hp gas connection Consumer no. 142 address 190 Adarsh Nagar, Alwar, with Mohan Gas Agency, Lajpat Nagar Alwar. we booked our cylender on 28.09.2008 but we receive our cylender on 10.11.2008 after a long verbal dual.

This not first time it happens regularly. Most of the consumers make complained against the said dealer but no action is being taken against him
