Delay in supply of refill bottle for LPG

Despite registering for refill of LPG bottle with Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sanghiv, (the wait list number is 7462) on 18th Aug (they promised a delivery after 15 days) till date nothing has happened. Their phones are always engaged. If you are lucky to hear ringing tones, then no one would answer it. Even if they pick up by fault, they will say, power is not there so cannot see computer and they cannot tell you when you will get your cylinder. However, if you go there in person you might get the bottle but they will not pay you the home-delivery charges. I never had such experiences with any of the HP gas agency till date (Amrapali in Chinchwad, Vapi gas in Vapi, in Pondy or in chennai) this is the first time i am getting such a lousy repsonse from a gas agency and HP is not doing anything on them.
