Irregular Gas Cylinder supply

I have been using HP Gas and from a past few months the supply has been irregular. There is a two to three days delay every month which is causing a lot of inconvenience to us. Please let me know the exact duration as to when the customer can book the domestic cylinder and how many days can the supplier postpone after booking. Kindly help
