Delay in delivery of gas cyclinders

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have gas connection of H.P. Gas with Rupindera Gas Agency at DeraBassi, Distt. Mohali. Punjab. My consumer No. is 508424. I booked my gas on dt. 21/01/09. They promised the delivery on next day but, till date 24/1/09 we have not recieved the gas cyclinder. On enquiring the same from gas agency they told to deliver the gas on wednesday 28/1/09.
