i brought HAWLETT PACKARD COMPUTER DX 2480 S/N INA82104Z6 from FOCUZ COMPUTERS, PADMANABHA CHAMBERS, MAMANGALAM COCHIN 682 025 on 12/06/08.the purchase number is D299.now the system is not booting. I call to benz but they told me to complain it to hp customer care or office in banglore.they dont send any service person.plz take necessary step as early as possible.
