This is to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased one COMPAQ laptop - CQ40 - 330TU on 19.05.2009.Having serial no. - CND91436 HK.. But till today i.e. 10th September I have not received my esteemed gift i.e. MOTOROLA SMART PHONE MOTO QB worth Rs.13, 887/-

As required I have sent all the documents mentioned along with a demand draft of Rs.3999/- dated 10.06. DD no. - 094388 on Syndicate Bank, New Delhi in the name of solutions integrated marketing services pvt. Ltd.

An early action will be highly appreciated.
