I am siddharth kharyal. I have purchased a hp pavilion dv 2910tx laptop, it is still under warranty period. Due to some issue i am unable to make recovery discs & wasted 6 dvds for this. Now i want to reformat my system but my recovery manager isn't working. For this i went to service center but they are saying recovery manager is corrupt & i have to order recovery discs from their call center. I did that on 30th july & they are saying that they don't have any discs in stock so please call us back after 15 days gave me a case id. Now its more than 20 days & they still have the recovery discs & i am stuck with my non working laptop which is still under warranty.
