Laptop goes off with windows gone missing

Dear Sir,

My Lap Top serial No CNU8050FBW. We have purchased the same two months ago. Often we had to face difficulties in operating the same. Now since afternoon, windows VISTA gone off and total laptop gone black. WE are not in aposition to understand the same.

Please fix the problem and oblige
