We had purchased the printer. PRODUCT NAME - HP LASERJET P1005, having SERIAL NO. – VNC3N30826 and the complaint was: The printer could not print properly. then: The printer was replaced by your Guwahati service centre, the details of the replaced printer is as follows;PRODUCT NAME – HPLASERJET P1006, SERIAL NO: VNC5710176.

Now that the cartiage is not printing at the centre. We belive that the cartiage was misused or repalced.

We are informed by your guwahati service centre that the introductory toner cartiage suppled with the purchase of the new printer holds less ink. Hence get a new cartiage.

LET HP INDIA CLARIFY WHETHER THE ORIGINAL CARTIAGE SUPPLIED HAVE LESS INK COMPARED WITH THE TONER SOLD SEPERATELY. AND IS THE CUSTOMER INFORMED OF THIS FACT.
