Pathetic service

I am an HP LPG customer since 2002 and have connection no 610639 from their dealer M/s Jay Kay gas Co, Link Road, Model town, Ludhiana.. I had chosen HP over other LPG providers because of the high quality of service this brand used to boast of. But I have a very bitter experience of their so called efficient service. First of all it is very difficult to contact the above mentioned dealer. The no 0161-2400694 which is given to the customers hardly responds. It is either always engaged or if you are lucky enough to get the line, nobody picks up the phone. You can yourself check this fact by try calling at this no. Many a times we are told that they have no man available to deliver the gas so come and pick your cylinder if you want the gas or they do not the serve the area of my address. Though I am residing at the same place since I took the connection and there is no change of address at all. As this was not enough this morning my gas cylinder started leaking very badly. Even after trying everything like changing the pipe of valve it didn’t stop so I called them to send somebody to check it as it may result into some accident. The only response I got from their side was switch off the gas and wait till tomorrow when they will try to send someone if possible. When I insisted on sending somebody same day I was coldly advised to transfer the connection to some other dealer.

I hope HP would act upon such dealers who are openly giving a bad name to such a reputed brand.
