Late Delivery

I am having a HP LPG connection from SRI MANJUNATHA ENTERPRISES (Dealer code 464650), J.P. Nagar, Bangalore.

I am a consumer of HP LPG for the past 6 years and off late (count 7 months) have started facing severe problems with bookings and delivery from this Agency. For every booking the expected delivery date is beinmg given as 4 weeks from the day of booking. On top of this when the booking date actually comes, the delivery is still not done. After this I have to follow up at least 10 times with the agency before getting a cylinder. This after a lot of prevarication/lies from their end and lot of screamings and frustration from my end. Ask them for their SLA and you get the phone banged down on you. I am seeing that being a consumer, I am being treated as a begger. I am paying for that damned cylinder and expect that the dealers and in turn the company would show a little more respect to the consumer woes!!! Alas, but we consumers seem to be of next to no importance to the Corporation (read Hisdustan Petroleum) or the dealers. Hope some responsible official of the company reads this comment and takes appropriate action... or am I hoping too much???!!!
