Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

Sir,

I booked gas for home delivery on 17.01.2008 but till today on 04.02.2008 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and now a days it is regular happening. My Consumer. No.613238, and Gas Dealer is M/s Agarwal Trading Co., M.E. School Road, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur. Please do the needful and oblige.
