I wish to draw your kind notice to the consumer no 609419, supply agecy Susmita Gas Gadgets (Ck-Market salt lake, sec-II, kolkata-91). Please verify this records according HP's record.

I booked LPg on 8.02.2008 at 12:25 pm. Till now I could not receive the cylinder against the above booking which was booked through by computerised booking system.
