Dear Sir,
my consumer no. is 200509 and name is Satya Narayan Bagda. I am residing at Bagda's Mohalla, Bagru, Distt Jaipur (Raj), PIN 303007. I have a HP Gas connection from M/s Bhawani Gas service at Link Road, Bagru Distt Jaipur (Raj). The agency is very irregular in supply of Gas cylinder. Last time cylinder delivered to me on dated 19 sept after one month several time called to Gas Agency local contact no. 0141-2864644 and personally visited to Bagru agency office but in spite of this they have not delivered to me Gas cylinder while I have already called his Head office no.0141-2740087.
