Complaint Not Resolved

Dear Sir,

I have locked the complaint about my laptop on 4th Nov'08. My caseId is 2603886460. My Laptop Motherboard has to be changed. It's not changed yet. My warranty expires on 19th Dec'08.Whenever I call an Engineer at your vendor Digitek e-Services, They say they will send today or tomarrow. They keep on suspending. Plerase do the needful. It's URGENT. I am from Delhi.
