this is to bring to your notice that i, alisha nathawat from kota (rajasthan) had bought an hp laptop (ie pavilion 2910 tx, s.no.2ce8361H67) from kumar expert computers, kota who's an hp dealer.. on 26th october. i had an scheme on purchase ie i was to receive a kodak digicam after completing certain formalities which i hav already undergone already, ie i hav alredy sent the necessary documents along with the demand draft of Rs990/- in favour of "solutions integrated marketing services pvt ltd", New Delhi. The redemption code given to me is WBBUY9TJKD, but till date ie after almost three months of purchase i did not receive the digicam.. i even tried callind in hp office but no one picks up the phone nd it is always on wait. i am hereby giving u the neccesary information for your refrence. please do look into the matter and deliver the digicam as soon as possible... waiting for your response..
