Sir, I the undersigned Somik Basu was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators at HP petrol pump sector 16, near sagar cinema, faridabad 121002. They also not gave petrol in plastic cans and bottles... coz from this way they will be caught in right handed... i complaint this to the petrol pump manager... and he also denies for it ..and behaved me rudely... this is the black marketing is happening at your sector 16 petrol pump... I personally have heeded to advices of my friends and stopped visiting HP pumps in other parts of the city where there is a choice.
Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.
...so kindly take the serious action agains it...
