I do not recommend HP producst ato anybody as these are not what they describe. Their service is extra poor and they change models very ofenly making your PRODUCTS redundant even before u start using it... Foolishness. then they charge more than the price of so called GIFTS on every purchases- Rs.1000-Rs.1500. then they are not paying any service tax on this charges. as they are charging this amount in lieu for services being provided to make free gifts. Then they take months to send free gifts (in this computerised world, where everything is going on-line). They are real cheaters and must be ousted out... I request you to send email to [email protected] aand ask her to send Mr R K Aggarwal at 49, Balbinder Aptt., A-6, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 a Stopper of my Laser printer 3055 immediately as per my compliants lodged more than 50 times.
My sincere advice - Pl. do not buy any HP Products... and send email to [email protected] pressurizing her for my genuine replacements. I will think that you are really doing some social service and God will bless you, if U are sending this e-mail to Sangeeta Jain at HP... [email protected]
