This is the first time we are using this courier, One of permit from Kolkata has despatched to Rudhrupur, (Uttranchal) on 9th of March-09 vide dkt# 127477447, but it is still not delivered at our factory at Pantnagar, Rudhrupur, Appreciate your quick response on this, Its very very urgent.
