2602386540 - Call has been logged on 7th Aug & closed on 13th Aug 08.
Problem - No display
Resolution: Systemboard (441097-001) replaced under chargeable basis.
2604197723 - Call has been logged on 20th Nov & closed on 25th Nov 08.
Problem - No display
Resolution: Laptop is under 90days warranty period. So again system board ordered & replaced the same.
I visited the SVC 17.03.09 & demanding for laptop replacement. Because of motherboard failure. I complain to HP on date 17th March Complain number : 2606453090 & CCHSAP199263.
I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM HP. Based on that again i have complained 23rd march on complaint number 2606575986.After a big fight with custermer care the following happened
a. Mr. Nathan, Arumugam Senthil" who has generated fake report that he has spoken to me and informed that the board cant replaced.
b. Each and every time as a customer how can we change the mother board in trade basiss only. They will not garentee for their product
c. Then i spoke to Mr. V.Sheka
