I was coming back to Chandigarh from Rajasthan in HRTC bus# HR68A 9952 on 01/12 with my grand mother. The conductor was behaving very impolitely with all the passengers and was using abusive language. I ask him to give me 2 tickets for Chandigarh, firstly he gave me used tickets (Taken from other passengers) when i refuse he said "ticket yehi milegi nahi to utar jao" he gave me new tickets after only to Delhi ISBT. Later on driver was driving the bus very harshly. A person on next seat got injured when driver was driving the bus off the road. 3 times he hit the different trucks. Driver was using Portable DVD player and was watching the A grade moving while driving. When we reached the ISBT few passengers talk to driver and i was shocked driver was heavily drunk that time.
It is my humble request to you sir please do the needful as because that kind of people risk the other people live.
