REG:- Cheatig by HS-18.
With due respect I submit that the HS-18 is cheated me. I have purchased DVD from HS-18 but four
months are to gone nor DVD nor money recvied back. I have making many call to HS-18 but response is
not satisfactory.
I have been purchased a DVD with USB port through HS-18 by giving a SMS on 13/11. They
have called me on same date I took place order. Order No. 700652711 is given by HS-18 authorities & its sub
order no. 70669342 dated 14/11. On 23/11 Mr. Sandeep is callingfrom HS-18 for placement of order
give me a no. 734448 dated 23/11/08. After near about 10 days I recived a parcell containg DVD from First
Flight Courier, Batala (Ph. 01871-246515) & paid Rs. -.
After 18 days DVD not work properly/ Out of order. I call back to Hs-18 they give a complaint No.
832045 dated 21/12/08 & asked our technician call back you with in 48 hours. The technician gave me a address
M/s Mitashi Ware House, E/32, Urban Box Manufacturer, Co-Ind Estate, Kalaish Complex, Vikrolis park Side,
Vikroli West MUMBAI-400079, (Ph. No. 022-25181117) for submit DVD for repair/ Replacement & She assured
me the DVD come back within 10-15 days.
I sent a DVD through courier with expence Rs.200/- on 29/12 and make call to Mumbai on
06/01 & they confirmed DVD is recived on 6/1.
On 10/1/09 I call to Mumbai centre to know the position of DVD they not gave any satisfactory
awnser.
On 20/1/09 Mr. Rishi (HS-18) confirm DVD be replace.
On 28/1/09 Miss Sahin from Mumbai higher authorities be call back you but I can, t recived call. Next
day 29/1/09 I call to Mumbai Mr. Sharma confirmed DVD not repaired but we E-mail to HS-18 on 281/09 you
may contact to Hs-18 on same time I call to HS-18 (Ph. 0120-4455918) & gave message to Mr. Ashish Mumabi
centre sent to HS-18 a E-mail on 28/1/09
After some days I call to HS-18 for known the postion of DVD, they answerd your DVD be replaced &
sent to you on 11/2 but till date I have not recivied any DVD. But made many calls till date as well as
HS-18 and Batala Courier.
On 23/2 Mr. Anil (HS-18) confirm DVD our record shows be deliverd & gave a inovice no. B-11
814293, You may confirm from courier I personally visit Batala Courier but they tell us your's parcell/DVD not
reach our office. In mean time I call back to HS-18 (Anil) & inform the DVD not reach at Batala. He gave me a
Complaint No. 1098390 & complaint is forwarded to higher authorities.
On 27/2/09 Miss Poonam (Hs-18) is confirmed DVD is return back on 26/2/09 due to miss-printing
address.
On 1/3/09 HS-18 answered DVD is held with us. On 2/3/09 Fax sent to HS-18.
On 3/3/09 Miss Astha no answered while hold call.
On 3/3/09 Miss Arpita said DVD held with us. Process may be taken.
On 4/3/09 Mr. Ankur said DVD will be sent within 7-10 days.
On 5/3/09 Mr. Vipul Shukla you will recive DVD within 2-3 days. On 9/3/09 Fax sent to HS-18.
On 12/3/09 Miss Isha your DVD will be dispatch.
Sir, I request you please give me justice. HS-18 is not given any satisfactory anwnser
they are Linger-on as above.
