I'm almost One Year Old Customer of HSBC Credit Card, One Day (5 months ago) I got a call and explained a Accidental Policy plan about TATA AIG Accidental Insurance linked with HSBC Credit Card and informed per month only Rs.10/- (per person) and when I accepted and after one month I received my policy and said month charges of Rs.1300/- for three members. Immediately I felt this is not so good investing huge over accidental policy and I posted my request over online by login my credit card online accout, to stop paying for the TATA AIG with my Credit Card. But still now my requested is not processed and recently ones again after 5 months again I posted to stop paying for TATA AIG Policy. Still no response, One more intresting in Online Account we can not see our posted queries. It will show only the message, 'Sucessfully request posted'. So HSBC cheating the customers hiding the queries posted through online account. HSBC will not keep any evidance to the customers if you posted your request through Online Account, Phone, or Paper Complaint. So dont take HSBC Credit Card Offers.
