Pf still not recived status showing still under process since last two months

Dear sir/mam,

I am Bharati. andurkar ex employee of HTMT global solutions (hyd) head office at Bangalore i resigned my duties approximately seven to eight months back but my PF has not been received but organization HR says its already forwarded to concerned pf office he has even sent a counter file of the receipt stamped by pf office. Which i am attaching below. with all details of my employee number and pf number.
