Not refunding the money

Hi i have cheated by this website i have placed an order to canada and they said that they only got cheated by an american women who use to help in deleviring the us and canada orders so when i called at their helpline number its always switch off and once i talked and they said they will be refunding shortly the last list is being transfer to abcpayment.com (serving as a payment gateway for their site) and the money will be refund soon but still i have not been refund please help
