Sold the product through e-bay, dont get payment

Dear sir/madam,

I have sold my HP Mini Laptop to the buyer shanu soni through e-bay site. They promise me that they will credit the amount into my account on producing the POD (proof of delivery) of courier. I believe on the site and couriered the product by DTDC courier. After oneday of getting the courier, the buyer changed the product and said that he got the Modem in place of HP Mini laptop. I send the scan copy of POD to the ebay site. The company is not doing justice with me. I want your shelter. Kindly save me from this loss. I send my genuine HP mini laptop to the buyer on the assurance of the customer care executive. I am at the verge on losing my laptop. Kindly help me.
