We (All Employees) have complained about HUBNET TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. (head office Patna). We joined this company last November, Kolkata by giving interview and we have paid Rs. 63, 000 to get appointment letter by this company's rule. They said, " we will permanet from February and give us salary 10, 000 ". Since, last February they did not give us salary, even now and now closed kolkata branch without any meeting and say now, to come patna. Also they are saying, they do not know about our employement and checking first, then salary, parmanetcy and others.(We are saying that they did not check before about those things, its, their time killing procedures.)
we could not understand, how can they say now this false excuses after giving apointment letter and taking Rs. 63, 000 PER EMPLOYEE on November in 2008?
THEY ARE CHEATEING WITH US AND STOLE OUR MONEYS (63, 000 PER EMPLOYEE).
HOW CAN WE TAKE LEGAL ACTION ABOUT HUBNET TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd.?
