I have applied for TATA INDICOM connection Infinity 512Kbps 4month paid in advance 6742/- in the month of September. First of all my connection was installed after 14 days of application with payment then I did not get connectivity till date. I made numerous complains (7208614, 7300312) to them but still no response. I have written several email to [email protected] but they never respond. I would kindly request to please look in to this and strict action to be takes against tata communications, If this would be vice versa like customer have delayed has delayed payment they would have till date issued a court notice.
