I had bought a Pure-it product, around 1 month back.
The details are as under:
Right from day one it started leaking. Upon contacting your sales staff to fix the problem, they kept on making false promises and finally he sent some technician (not an official employee of the company) to look into the problem after 15 days.
The details of your relevant sales staff are as follows:
Again on 12th sep, I raised a complaint with your customer care desk (Complaint No.513822 and 504883)
I was promised that within 48 hours the issue would get fixed. However, no body turned up and finally after 3 calls and bashing a technician came and fixed something, promising to come back the next day.
As usual, the next day, the horrendous service continued, no one turned up.
We called up the customer care at least 7 times after that, even spoke to the senior officers, and then was promised that somebody would turn up by 12 noon on Monday, Sep 21st.
Again none turned up. After 3 calls, the person finally confirmed that a technician would come up by 7 pm. None turned up and the technician stopped accepting any calls and switched off his phone.
I called up the helpline, and spoke to Naresh, the escalation Manager, who promised that somebody would come up by next day 5 pm.
Continuing the tradition of pathetic service, none turned up.
Again, we had a heated argument, where it was promised that somebody would turn up by 6.30 pm.
As I write this mail, no one has turned up.
This makes me believe that HUL is only interested in selling products and does not believe in after sales service. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
Secondly, we made a wrong decision in buying a HUL Pure-it product
Thirdly, you guys make false claims in your statements and advertisements.
Fourthly, have to file a complaint for redressal with the Consumer Court.
