I have been using 2 units of HUL Pureit for the past three years. It requires replacement of Germ Kill Battery after certain liters of water purification. Everytime it take lots of follow ups and repeated complaints to get the battery replaced. Even the call centre staff also replies like some government sector.
HUL is just interested in marketing of the product but not at all concerned with the services. We are forced to drink either muddy water or to spend huge amount on mineral water.
Please look into the matter and seek clarification on the callous services.
