Unauthorised deduction of balance from phone balance

Dear sir,

i am using phone connection which is provided by HUTCH company.

my phone no. is 91-9953312130.

company has activated caller tune without my consent.they have deducted all my balance from the mobile phone.

on 5th of sept. i got one promotional call from hutch company.but without following any process of the caller tune activation i disconnected the call.

and in the evening i got one massege from 56789 that my caller tune has been set for 90 days.

i have talked to custormer care more than four times.but no avail. they are not lodging any complain regarding that.

i have talked to Mr. somnath arora (supervisor) c-45, okhala industrial area, delhi.

but they are refusing to lodge the complain.

i never pursue any promotional call more than 30 second in the last two month.

and they had no details about it. they were saying that after 24 hour informationare feed to the computer, so they can only tell about it after 24 hour.

but you can check out the details, i never had gone through any process of caller tune activation and not given consent to activate it.

so why my balance has been deducted from the account.

it is the bad act of company.

one of my friend has been also suffering from it.

i hope it will be sorted out.i was using idea cellular before this and they dont have any problem like this.

so kindly sort it out.
