i m recieving some poetic sms from one hutch number 9838015951. when i m calling on that number either it comes the user is busy or error in connection or a caller tune of movie chakk de india plays but nobody picks up the phone. i want to know sir to whom this number belongs to . i will be highly obliged if u send me the details of this number . this number probably belong from my state uttar pradesh. also when i m sending sms on this number i dont get the delivery reports on this number . thanking u
