Cancellation of song facility instead of RBT

Dear sir,

I am Mr Ramji Tiwari holding Mobile no. 9324248267 at Mumbai.

My mother is holding a hutch connection (Mobile No. 09919690752) at native place (U.P.). Whenever we give ring, we get a song instead of Ring Back Tone.By some how this facility got activated. I would like to cancel the same at the earliest. As she don't know how to do this, I am complaining regarding the same from Mumbai.

Please cancel this facility from mobile no. 09919690752 at the earliest.
