Ubavailability of service

I own a have a vodaphone connection (9836128692) for the last few year with lifeline connectvity that was being used by my father who expired some months back. Since then I simply use service of the set sparingly for receiving calls. I have to have astonished that no kind of incoming and outgoing cal is being allowed citing "operation failed".

This has naturally upset me and would request you to kindly ensure availablity of service at the earliest.
