Not accepting recharg secret code

Sir,

I have the prepaid moblie No-09838786386 of east UP region. I had complained saying that the no incoming call is coming on said mobile and not accepting secret code of recharge coupon on 04 May 08 to Mr Amit through customer care mobile service. Incoming call statred to come but moble is not still recharging.

you are requested that please rectify the said complaine at the earliest and intimate the same.
