I ordered a toy to be delivered on the 11th May. The Order status is still Pending and the toy has not been delivered yet. Inspite of sending them couple of messages in their website enquring about my order, they have not bothered to respond. Their phone never gets answered and you cannot leave any messages.
These kind of websites should be banned as they just receive money from people and don't do any business.
Friends, when you google for "send gifts to hyderabad", DON'T GET CARRIED AWAY BY THEIR WEBSITE. Just scroll down further and check http://inconsumercomplaints.com where there are several complaints on them already. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ONLINE THIEVES.
I will do all I can to shut this website down which is a disgrace to INDIA.
