Complain not attend

Dear sir/madam,

I want to inform you that my television set is dead around 03 month & no one can attend my complaint, icomplained to Bhopal cust.core services & they forwarded my complain to Jabalpur my complaint no.is 7AB010809190005.Only a person Mr. Rohit Mishra come to my home on dated 27/09 & checked my T.V set & told me that ur TV's EHT short & want to replaced same & he replaced it but my TV set is not on after it he told ur some IC is short & iwant to take for replcing the same & programmed it i ask how much time u taken it, he told that only 04-05 days he commited me that iam coming at 02/10 to fitting ur kit. BUT TILL DATE NO MR.ROHIT MISHRA COME OR NO ONE LISTEN MY COMPLAIN, KINDLY REPLIED ME WHAT CAN I DO CAN I FILED A CASE FOR THE SAME IN CONSUNER FORUM.REPLY ME SOON LOOKING FOR THE GREAT FAVOUR
