Claim for Rs14446 not received not Received inspite of many Reminders

Dear Sir/Madam

I have submitted my Claim papers on 16-May for which I have a receipt, but till today I have not received any claim, in spite of many reminders on the phone and Emails to Mr. Rajeev Bawa and Ms Beni.

I investigated from the Raksha TPA that my claim has been rejected due to the delayed submission. This is a total negligence of the company (Hygeicare), the Claim paper were submitted on 16-May which is well under the Clause 5A (General Condition-D) This Clause states that the Claim has to be submitted within 30 days of discharge from the hospital. I had submitted the claim paper well in time.

I am herewith requesting a hearing to resolve this matter. I have been calling the Hygeicare - Mr. Rajeev Bawa many times but ever time he has given me false promises that the claim will be settled, but till today nothing has been done.

This is a total negligence and unethical of Hygeicare Comprehensive Heath Management Services. Pvt. Ltd.
