most humbuly and respectfully, i beg to submit that last 2nd july, i deposited Rs. 1300 (one thousand three hundred rupees)

in my branch Bistupur, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) on my A/c no.

008901505354.But on behalf my mistake its transferred to my

dabit card no. 4667060089111025.I give an application in my

branch. my complaint no. is Sr78643814.

so, i request you to plz.

reverse the shown amount to my account.
