CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT

Hi, since 2 years im icici bank credit card holder i used to do payment regularly. but now i have loose my job. to be considered my old record i want to do settlement but now bank wont allow to do sattlement. and i have a sallery account with icici bank. they are going to block my account too. please help me to make sattlement
