Fraud--CTV functions not working

Dear Sir,

I purchased one CTV Model # HY74000QS.from Next Retail India, Faridabad (Haryana) branch.

As per the Hyundai, expert (Mr Tiwari) Visit demo and even on his confirmation:

Below features are missing in the TV, which should be exist/work as per TV manua/functionall book:

1) Move function not working.

2) Sensi Eye not present.

3) Scan not working.

4) No direct feature to directly jump on single digit channels.

No one from next Retail India is even to log the complaint or even ready to give some reply on mail.

Hoping some help and action from your side.
