Always saying that there is no stock for perticular product for wat. If they dont have the stock then why are they promoting the product

I want to buy the product, whenever i call to customer care they tell that there is no stock, if so why are they promoting their product . they could have stop the product promotion and they have to send proper goods which the custormer choosen.

If they do fruad then they have to suffer alot. coustomer will not be leave like as always...
