We are an owner of a Hyundai i10 Era and we purchased the same on 27th June we would like to share the terrible experience of receiving Era. We ordered for the Oyster Gray colour though it was promised by dealer to provide us the same by 18th June (an auspicious day for us) but we could not able to received the same on the said day, we called our family saint for the auspicious occasion but sort of all plans were failed and no prior information came from dealer that car cannot be delivered on 18th June. It was WE, who were making all follow up calls to the dealer. Can u tell us it is our duty or dealers? Hence we got the delivery on 27th June (9 days late).
Secondly, when we checked our delivered vehicle at showroom, we found that the tyres of the car was of MRF, and when we checked the other i10 Era Cars standing at the showroom they holds the tyres of Bridgestone. Dealer is then saying it’s the company who has done it. I am sorry by saying that when company is putting Bridgestone tyres in every car why it has installed inferior quality tyres in my car. Company should seek every customer with a similar eye.
This sort of negligence by the company is not accepted at all and I can move to consumer court for the same, and if at all it has been changed by the dealer at the time of delivery then Hyundai Company should take necessary actions against the same.
There was no Puja, no photograph was taken by the dealer at the time of delivery, which normally dealers do. Even no calls were made from the dealer to us after the days of delivery to know whether vehicle is running all well and fine or not. I hope this sort of unsatisfaction from Hyundai/ Hyundai dealers was unexpected.
I am sorry but I cannot refer the car and dealer to any other person, who may enquire for the same and I would request the company to look upon this matter on urgent basis and maintain the brand positioning in the mind of people for which Hyundai is known for.
