Dear sir,
This is to bring in your notice that Shurit Hundyai and their people are not giving my car RC for the last 1.5 years. I have visited their shop numours times, spoken to their sales and admin people, but there is no outcome.
In the month of Jan; i have baught i10 from their showroom at Mayapuri. After that continously spoken to the sales, admin and all of them available at the showroom but till they have not provided the RC to me. The matter was highlighted to their central call center number and a complaint was lodged around a year back but no outcome... (Complaint no 1-19343841)
Request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest a way out.
